1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Defects and Damages: If you receive a saree that is defective or damaged due to an error on our part, you are eligible for a return and refund. This includes issues such as fabric defects, stitching errors, or any other manufacturing faults.
Color Discrepancy: If you receive a saree where the color significantly differs from the product image on our website, you may be eligible for a return and refund. To process this, you must send us a clear, unedited video of the entire product. The video should showcase the full saree, highlighting the color issue clearly.
2. Conditions for Return
The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return
For Defective or Damaged Products:

– Provide clear images of the defect or damage.
– Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the saree.
For Color Discrepancy:
– Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
– Send a video of the complete saree clearly displaying the color issue. The video must be unedited and taken in natural lighting for accuracy.
– Our team will review the video and, if the color discrepancy is confirmed, will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Process
– Once we receive and inspect the returned saree, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
– Sarees that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
– Returns initiated after 10 days of receipt are not accepted.
6. Shipping Costs
– If the return is due to a defect or damage caused by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
– For returns due to color discrepancies, shipping costs will be covered if the discrepancy is verified by our team. If not verified, the return will be at the customer’s expense.
7. Exchanges
– We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must follow the return process and place a new order.
